Rates & Insurance
Hawaii Anxiety and Trauma Care’s hourly session fees range from $120 to $185 per hour. Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully and talk to one of our doctors if you have questions.
No Show/Cancellation Policy
You will be charged $100 for missed appointments or appointments that are cancelled with less than 24-hours’ notice unless it is possible for our therapists to find another time to reschedule your appointment within the same week. If rescheduling is possible, you may do so at no additional fee. Please note that fees for missed sessions cannot be billed to health insurance plans. Cash, check and major credit cards are accepted for payment.
